Mike and Becky first moved to Julian in 1997 and quickly fell in love with this specific property.

 

For years, Becky would walk by this cabin and say, "Someday, I would love to buy that place." They even served as caretakers of the property for a time, and Mike famously saved the house from the Cedar Fire in October 2003.

After passing on the opportunity twice while raising four children and putting them through college, fate finally stepped in. The third time was the charm!

 

In 2025, after a 28-year journey, their dream became a reality.
